Ceylon Spice Garden

From Ceylon, for the world's most considered kitchens.

The Tension

Ceylon cinnamon lives on every premium kitchen's spice rack. The problem: nobody knew it came from Ceylon Spice Garden. The category was a commodity race — white-label exporters won on price and hollowed out the brand, and margins vanished with them. The question was never 'how do we sell more?' It was 'how do we get paid for what we already grow?'

SEO Intelligence identified the long-tail search terms — 'true Ceylon cinnamon', 'single-origin black pepper' — that chef-facing buyers use and commodity exporters ignore. Production Briefs and UGC Strategy turned actual footage from the estates into content that traveled from Colombo to trade shows in Dubai and Sydney. Brand Partnerships moved the brand into curated relationships — small-batch grocers, chef ambassadors — instead of another commodity tender.
